@claire1uk Good morning! Previous to joining Giffgaff, I had been an O2 customer for twelve consecutive years. We did have an outage some five or six years ago that was very similar to what had happened yesterday. I did not run right out and switch phone providers, I tried to be understanding that in the technological world we are all now living in, from time to time things do not go as planned. I did not leave O2 because I felt they where a bad provider, or offered lousy products. I left because I loved the idea of giffgaff!! I knew that GG was using O2 masts and I did not blink an eye. Hats off to all the men and women, who where able to find the fault and return service to normal! Thank you for finding some humour in the situation to share with us, although we really do need to talk to one another a bit more!
