If the entire United States had crime rates as low as those along the border in 2017, then the number of homicides would have been 33.8 percent lower, and violent crimes would have dropped 8 percent.

If a wall on the southern border of the USA is so necessary, why hasn't it been budgeted for and started during the last 2 years, when Trump and his party controlled all 3 parts of the USA Government?

 

Why is it only urgent now that the Republicans have lost control of one part?

I think Trump is seeing his chance of a second term slipping away.  However, as we have seen, you can't second guess what the electorate will do. Smiley LOL
