Raisins, sultanas and currants.

They all have different textures e.g raisins are dried, sultanans are moist

Good morning, Raisins are dried red grapes, Sultanas are dried green grapes, and currants are a berry grown on a bush instead of a vine, and dried. Enjoy your day!

Not a lot of difference really. They are all dried grapes, just from different varieties.

I prefer sultanas, currants go in my scones when i make them, then they all go. In my fruit cake. The difference is just personal preference

Raisins I think are just sultanas that have been dried more, and I think currents is just a generic term for raisins & sultanas.
