If you don't get enough sleep, you can't just sleep a bit longer at the weekend. Sleep is needed for a whole range of personal and health reasons.

Of course it is correct

 

I know from experience i work in tech support working night shift only have to admit most days i dont get enough sleep and do tend to catch up on sleep at the weekend.

I never sleep all night, I wish I did! It is mostly pain that wakes me. Weirdly I sleep better when we're out in our caravan, I still wake but can generally get back to sleep more easily.

You cannot force yourself to sleep and I never go through a night, I only wish I could
