You could try hiding their dust bin and see how they like it.

@funnymarv @tooltrader I thought about this and wondered if you bought some Gorrilla glue
and one night put a few dobs of it on the inside of the bin lid rim (so as not to look to obvious and then put the lid back on the bin

It would be hard to remove and would give them a hard job to get it off

@tooltrader ....thats terrible! one of my neighbours (not sure who) has decided that they will fill up my recycling bin with all their stuff, I wouldnt mind if they asked so now i cant put my bin out till the morning of our collection! i cant believe how cheeky some people are!

@techiebloke trouble is Our Poor Police are so busy with all the crime now that anything short of burglary is not gong to be looked at

@67red12 We have community bins at the flats and the stuff people put in is unbelievable.
needless to say the dustmen pull it out and throw it on the floor
