I have still not received an email regarding compensation for the down time of the service

Neither have I or many others, I'm sure it will come, there are loads of members to message in stages or it will overload the servers.

There are alot of them to be sent, I think maybe giffgaff should have took a little time to do it a different way because of the emailing process taking so long. Maybe food for thought in the future.?
