DHL SCAMMERS!?

Who doesn't have the 'proof'? Proof is there for a reason otherwise just a paper exercise. Seems pretty clear-cut to me too.

but it says it was signed. Now they have to either compensate me for the package or for lieing as it says i signed for it where as i didnt. Anyone agree?

If you left an instruction to leave it without a signature, it is entirely possible the driver entered a "blank" signature onto his handheld device

(most pda's that delivery companies use will require all deliveries to be "completed" before the data can be downloaded back at the depot, so a blank signature may have to have been used in your case)

but the thing is i had two packages there. if anyone did take one thing why wouldnt he taake the other. i think it was the DHL driver personally.

Im not saying who took it or not, im just saying you have quite possibly signed your rights away by asking for it to be left without a signature
