Let me get this straight, a department that is supposed to help people find work sacked an employee over four sick days. Smiley Frustrated  I would love to see her application to the DWP for assistance.

The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars but in ourselves.

She was chosen by the DWP to the position withing DWP, and would have been fully informed as to her disability,
And she is then dismissed because of her disability, and the employment tribuneral ruled the DWP do not even follow their own rules...!

Not only that but the stats ie facts show that they are the worst of the ma8n government departments for disability discrimination. I wish I could say I was shocked, but I’m not.

The public doesn’t need all the facts. The judge would have had all of the relevant facts and ruled against the DWP. Further more the DWP accepted the ruling. Case closed, job done, guilty as charged.
