Do you think that the retail pressure and commercializing of our Religious Holidays has spoiled the meaning, ie, Easter, Christmas? @spiritquest Don't think it's spoiled the meaning but I would suggest the reason they happen has a danger of beconing lost. It was nice to hear from my nieces children that they are covering the reason for Christmas in school and they knew all about it, ages 8 & 10.
I personally don't think the meaning of Christmas is lost- I see this time of year brings out the best in people. It's only pressure if you let it.. the only thing I don't like are corporations retailers etc bringing Christmas earlier and earlier.. which is why I think some people would feel pressure
