I'm so bad, I can never bring myself to ask for a second or third time. So just nodd my head or say yes ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

They have probably think I'm a crazy person, asked me a in depth question or something and I'm just nodding my head saying yes ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ญ

All the time @kirstyfellows17 I've been hard of hearing most of my life. Even hearing aids do little to help me understand people!

Perhaps you should get your hearing tested.

@kirstyfellows17 Yes I am exactly the same, even with hearing aids in both ears I find it difficult to hear, so I just say yes or smile and say um. Unless it is the family and then they say "you need to get those hearing aids fixed mum".

All the time, particularly with strange accents.

When meeting someone for first time and they say their name and you don't quite catch it, you cleverly say ah right, how do you spell that and they say "T....O......M."

I seem to be at odds with other repliers...Smiley Wink I wouldn't agree to somethng if I didn't hear what I was agreeing to. I have hearing issues, and have no problem telling someone I can't hear them. Smiley Happy
