Hi

Do I'm feeling low today I got a ccj through the post from nursury that my child went to  has not been in a month as unwell

I set up a payment plan with them but phoned to say I would be a day late paying as my wages paid late see my posts  my boss agreed to say this to them

But they where not having it and got a ccj against me

I'm happy to pay it and accept I owe it my annoyance is over 1 day

Its causing me stress

Unfortunately I have and they won't, they just redirect me through the court system, I'm. A honest person and admit fully that I owe it and happy to pay it, just while my daughter was ill and in hospital for 5 weeks I earnt nothing hence the need for payment plan and then wages late and boom straight to court

I'm surprised the court didn't accept your explanation, particularly if it was just over one day

You can either pay it in full, set up a payment plan, or apply to set the judgment aside @pinkprincess116 you have to have valid reason to do so. Would not normally get to this stage without plenty of prior warning. Wish you luck

Once a ccj is on your credit file it won't be removed until five years

Should have said @pinkprincess116 if you pay in full within a month, it will be completely removed. Can you do that?  Otherwise, will be on file for six years.
