Hmm… I think I'd prefer they stick to one thing -- mobiles -- and do that well.

What they did with myself when I contacted them to cancel my service was the same thing, to offer me another adjusted contract, one I did not except, one I did not acknowledge,
One I did d not take up,
When my new service provider had started my service,
I then received another bill from virgin for the contract I did not accept,
When contacting them, to be told I had accepted the contract, and I had done so by phone,
I just suggested, since they record calls,
Prove I had done so, and if they could prove I had accepted new contract by phone, I'd pay it,
Did not hear back from them, did not pay the amount they had said was outstanding...

Good bye virgin....!

We've been with Virgin since they were Nynex and then Cable &Wireless and Ntl.

We have planned to leave many times but have never found a comparable alternative.

We currently pay £42 for 200mb broadband, player tv and a phone line that we done evenbplug a phone into.
