@tonicurtis1967 thanks for the link,I'm guessing that if giffgaff customers get anything for the outage it'll be the same as O2 PAYG customers which is:-
Pay as you go customers will get a 10% credit when topping-up in the new year - 02 will let notify when it is available.

If you go to the Announcement Page you will find a full explanation of how giffgaff are going to address compensation.
As giff is a PAYG service it is not designed for business purposes as the T & C's make clear.
@4128334 Having read the announcement seems like giffgaff have really stepped up to help, even where help isn’t necessarily within their t&c. Fair play to giffgaff.
