Haddock which I smoked myself wish woodchip & tea leaves,,,
Shredded onion, sweet pepper, ginger, chives,
Fish seasoned with black pepper, touch of salt, paprika, home made "Garam Masala"
Lemon juice, zest,
Piece of butter,, seasoned rice, wrapped in foil, just about to go in halogen oven...
20 minutes, 200'c..
Should turn out nice...!
