I'm very excited to have now got a proper Fitbit. Fitbit Inspire HR. I have had it 2 days and am just gettign used to it but I am startign to realise the Micael Kors one I had before was wildly inaccurate. I used to struggle to do my 7,500 step target but I have smashed it with over 10K the first day and over 16K the second. Think I will have to up my target to 10K. I mowed the lawn yesterday which it auto recognised as outdoor bike exercise but its a pretty large lawn and pretty uneven so I will take that as it certainly was exercise!
I also got out of bed this mornign when it warned my I had 10 minutes to do 210 steps or I would have an "inactive hour"
Does anyone else use a Fitbit? Any top tips for getting more out of it?
