Bless you @pinkprincess116 give yourself some credit. It isn’t easy, but have you been to see your GP? you maybe need some tests or support. Don’t be afraid to ask. Make sure you drink plenty of water and try to eat healthily if you can. Get some fresh air too with the children. Lots of luck 🤗

I had it quite bad at one point so I started to workout cos I heard it was good in helping to deal with it. Was abit hesitant at first but begin to do it more snd more and it helped me . Whenever I was feeling really down I’d just workout . I’ve tired other things but this was the one that helped me

Awww thanks.. Think it will book a visit to the doctors, I think its stress at the moment to be honest and not knowing the first thing about what to do like I had to claim for benefits today and feel horrible for doing that

It's hard to motivate yourself but exercise is the best cure for depression. Does not have to be a gym, just a good walk everyday really does help.
Be kind to yourself and smile at the good things you have.

 My friend I've been there

The person I trusted most left without a word

Broke me, I did think about the cowards was out but I made it I hav scince moved on beautiful wife two daughters still creeps up sometimes but I've found a happy place whenever I feel low I go to a place I know and just go fishing just me and nature no noise only the sound of birds the splashing of water the world is a very beautiful place if you stop and look so many things to see

When I feel down I think a long walk or swim helps improve my mood.

I get bouts of feeling low so I know how you feel

The worse thing is to stay in the house. Thats a classic with depression.
Make sure you get out more.
