Nice.  Seriously, if this is really is an effective treatment then bring it on.  We have more or less reached the limit of what antibiotics can do and there are increasingly diseases that resistant to all the existing ones.

@nefarius: aside from the coffee from these places being a cheap and nasty brew, faecal contamination is definitely a reason to steer clear.

The trick is to increase the bio-diversity of microorganisms in the gut, avoid as much as possible taking antibiotics and remember that meat and dairy products likely contain antibiotic residues that very definitely impact antibiotic resistance.
