Read a post on Facebook regarding what compensation o2 are giving their customers after last weeks fiasco.
Lots of people moaning about only getting 2 days worth of money back depending on tariffs or payg.
What they moaning for. They were still able to make calls. Well I just didn’t have texts or internet with giffgaff but that didn’t bother me as I was still able to call my carer/son who is also on giffgaff.
I have severe health and mental illness issues but I managed ok. These moaning people are acting like it was the end of the world.
Btw o2 said it was a software glitch...they can’t really blame a computer as it takes a human to input details into a computer

I just had a good day without my phone.
I did have a backup sim from another network ( sounds a simple remedy if you realy need to phone )
But i didnt use it.
I went shopping and bought most of my christmas shopping ( can i claim comro for how much i spent )
