Curious about how everybody does there weekly food shop.

I swear by click and collect every week. It saves so much time, than drudging round the supermarket for an hour.

I’ll usually get a home delivery if we have been away on holiday.

Use to trail to lidl and Iceland, now just go to asda, for main shop and use the other two for bits and bobs, I don't use online or click and collect for food, as when I have in the past its usually short dated, or they replace something out of stock with something that is nothing like I ordered.

Cannot bear shoving around supermarkets @hdavey17 so home delivery for me, and if I do run out of anything our local shop is just five mins away

@hdavey17 I used to do online shopping for my home shop but I like a bargain so I go to the supermarket!

I cannot persuade my wife to shop online she says she has to have the longest use by dates & cannot trust the shop to do this for her.

I still.prefer to go out to the Supermarkets for all my groceries .... I like to self select all my shopping ...  picking my own veg and fruit ... and all longest best dates on dairy and meat products. .... it gets me out and  I meet some lovely friendly people and checkout operators when out shopping 👍

First world problems, struggling around the supermarket for an hour Smiley Indifferent. You ought to try living here.
