How GG have handed this o2 network failure in my mind is rubbish..
I was not botherd by the system down time in fairness, but what has grinded my gears is the fact that some have recived an email with the option of either having a small refund relitive to the time down or chairty.. Myself and countless other have not. then to be advised you "should" recieve an email in the next few days.. what is a few and what happens is one dosnt recive the email..
as a result I am thinking of leaving anyone else thinking the same?
Total cost to me of using network for last 6 months...well let’s just say it’s a negative figure. Fine where I am thanks.
Bit of a stupid question but do they have your email adress @word? Checked spam settings/folder?
