Love the lack of contract lock-in and the goody bags. I often have visitors to the UK from outside the EU for 3 or 4 weeks at a time- most have dual sim phones - so on their first visit, I give them a Giff-Gaff SIM and they are good to go in minutes. The goody bag is good for the duration of the visit, and they can always buy another one next time they come. So much more convenient than any of the other providers, and so much more cost effective than the PAYG alternatives that tourists get offered.
The £5 I get for making the introduction is an added bonus.

I like Giffgaff because:

Great offert on goodybag, free of change, no contract , payback.

Great and friendly community.

Great communication , quick answer and  very great international rates.

I will never change giffgaff for any other network,  have all a nice day.

Value for money goodybag I was on EE but found myself topping up £15 a week for 5gb data as I play games slot as I'm a recovering alcoholic and it occupies my mind as well as trying to help out here and recovery support groups plus being in rehabilitation place

I like the payback and the goody bag option without being bound into a contract
I know Giffgaff runs off O2 so can't do much about this but I find it very annoying I don't get signal at home meaning I have to rely on messages on whatapp using the WiFi which has a tendancy to cut out
