Can anyone recommend a good company that deals with ‘will’ writing’?

If it's simple you can do it yourself, if it's not, or you don't know how to, you need a proper solicitor. 


A solicitor isn't expensive and is far cheaper than sorting out the mess of getting it wrong.


Avoid 'free' wills where a will writer or bank appoints themselves as executor for a percentage of the estate.  Your descendants will thank you.

I would advise against will writing businesses or do it yourself.  A high solicitor isn't going to charge an arm and a leg and you will get a water tight document.

i got my will kit from eBay cost £2.99 filled all the details in this works as it was what my mother and father did and i got all i was entitled to when they died.

I suggest you ring around local solicitors to get the best price and with it the best service.

@rjs75 buy will kit solicitors will rob you some charge around £69 my fathers will was just a sheet of paper with 2 independent witnesses and what he wanted to do with his estate and my brother and i had no problems using it.

I would definitely use a solicitor, they ensure everything is right.
