I bought two car park spaces from bury fc on the basis that they would pay me interest on the amount i paid however they have  not paid any interest for the past few months.  The original contact was that i could get my money back after a few years. If they haven't been paying me the interest does this mean that  they have broken the contract and i can claim my money back now ?

Also is there anyone else who bought these bury fc car park spaces ??

If its stated in your contract that they will pay you interest monthly on the spaces, then they are in breach of your contract, however if its not a written contract and signed, just a verbal even tho a verbal contract is law if the interest paid for more than 3 consequitve months, it'd be harder to prove they actually agreed to do this.
If a written contract read it very carefully as there maybe a clause usually written in very small print, exempting then from paying for certain reasons, which would mean they aren't inbreach of contract, if they are in breach of it, whether you could claim the money back would have to decided by a lawyer specialising in contract law and maybe even the courts, my advice is seek specialist advice as it may end up costing you more than what the contract is worth to be honest.

the thing is i have found 2 other people who haven't been paid interest . About how much would this cost to take through the courts ? i imagine most of the car park space owners have stopped receiving interest

It looks like you've entered into an investment opportunity with a private company acting on behalf of Bury FC. This initial report makes the opportunity look quite attractive:
https://www.burytimes.co.uk/news/11496724.Bury_FC_car_park_spaces_to_rent_at___10_000_each/

If you want to take this further you really need to seek out other locals - maybe through that newspaper - to compare experiences, then club together to get formal legal advice.

I wish you well.
I'm Orlf. It's a Norwegian name.
