3rd party software used by 02. 3rd party failed to renew the security certificate which would of caused the 02 outage which then affected GiffGaff.

I for one will not be asking GiffGaff for compensation

I won't be claiming anything back from them, stuff happens, and I'm still happy with giffgaff, plus the payback i get 😀😀😀

Hi Giffgaff,

 

I did lose text, phone and net for a while. It was a difficult time due to family issues, but got thru and it was sorted quickly. Don't blame giffgaff at all. Best network I've used, ever.
