Thousands of people outraged that they couldn't see their neighbours lunch and never knew that someone will be home in fifteen minutes time...

3rd party software used by 02. 3rd party failed to renew the security certificate which would of caused the 02 outage which then affected GiffGaff.I for one will not be asking GiffGaff for compensation

They didn't actually have to do that!
I did lose text, phone and net for a while. It was a difficult time due to family issues, but got thru and it was sorted quickly. Don't blame giffgaff at all. Best network I've used, ever.
