should there be a maximum age to vote ?

Yes and no, I think once reach a certain age you should be tested too see if your in the right mind😂

@tradertall Before we wonder about maximum age to vote, we should sort out the current system, and make it compulsory for everyone that‘s eligible.  Far too many people complaint about the results, yet don’t vote in the first place 😡

Many years ago I did the electoral canvass as a summer job, while dodging registration myself due to the poll tax.  There was a box to tick for those over 70 so I had to tactfully ask the question.  I remember one old woman with a missing arm proudly telling me that she was 94 and not a day younger. :-)
