who has not received the email regarding our refund?

I was not really that botherd with the system down, but what I am fustrated with is Giff Gaffs lack of commuincation ie this email that they should send giving the choice..


myself not recived one yet.. 


so whats going on?

I haven't  had any email. Personally  I'd  rather everyone just got the same, i.e. an extra couple days on their current goodybag.


As it is at the minute, everyone  is in the help section  with their sob stories, in the hope of getting a load of extra cash.
