1p lost

I have just topped up £10 on my phone and was waiting for someone to send me £10 more ; however, when i logged into the giffgaff app i saw that 1p had been deducted. I havent even called or used data for that 1p to be deducted. I would like to be refunded.

• This is when background apps are running and use a small amount of your credit , iam sure if you ask a agent they will as a good will gesture refund the 1p ( at there discretion) to enable you to buy your goodybag

•To prevent this from happening in the future try to top up or buy goodybags whilst on Wifi

Always turn mobile data off when topping up as apps etc running in the background can use up data before you can buy a Goodybag
