I have a £12 goodybag. I should be entitled to unlimited internet however I do not get the service I am supposed to be receiving.
I normally use WiFi to play videos on my phone, but I topped up to receive unlimited internet so I can watch videos ON MY PHONE

This is NOT tethering as I am watching them on my phone...
Whenever I try to play a video a broken link comes up,
On youtube I can play really short videos, but I can't play videos which are 30mins+

My giffgaff internet settings are fine, so there's no use in saying "check ur internet settings etc etc"

Only reply if u know or think you know a solution to my problem.
Did I help you? If yes feel free to give kudos Smiley Happy

You should probably check the service status in your area, which you can do from http://status.o2.co.uk/ by entering your postcode and clicking the 'Check' button. This should give you any local issues, including planned and emergency engineering work, as well as indicating what sort of signal strength you should expect, and the quality of mobile internet connection.
If you find that there are no issues reported in your area, try:
1. Turning your phone off, then wait five minutes, then turn your phone back on again, then wait five more minutes and try using it as normal
2. A manual roam - there's a handy guide for this at http://is.gd/manualroam

If I helped click ''solutions and kudos'' thanks

Can you test your 3G speed with the speedtest.net app and see what results you get, are you using the google youtube app?

When you steam using the mobile site
Http://m.youtube.com
And select HD, how long do you have to wait before it starts streaming?
Does it play all the way through without pausing or does it pause regularly ?
