Hi - My 4G goodybag went live midnight Saturday (15th) Since then I have turned my phone On + Off. Airplane mode On + Off. I also made sure that my settings for Voice + Data are set to 4G. I also have a 4G SIM. My area is perfect for 4G and yet - NADA. Any suggestions? I am getting a bit fed up! Thanks

Hi again,

In that case I would see if you get any 4G when you are in different locations? If the o2 coverage map is as accurate for 4G as it is for 3G then you might not have any. Let's say they seem a little over enthusiastic when filling in the blue area on their map. The reality is, it's nothing like it!!

Hi,

Are you receiving any service at all (texts/calls)? Are you receiving data on 3G or nothing at all?

Hi @tippap

I suggest you check the giffgaff network status in your area to see if there are any local issues.

If the signal is fine, you can try manual roaming by following the link to guide below
