Check mobile network settings

One of the options should be 'Preferred network mode', make sure 4G is selected

The phone is capable of getting 4g and so I would try rebooting it or doing a manual roam, it would also be worth checking her area if different from your own

Ok. So it should has 800 Mhz. Check her sim in your phone

I've just put my sim in my sisters phone and my sisters sim in my phone and she's getting a 4g signal with my sim and I'm not getting a 4g signal on my phone so I'm guessing 4g hasn't been activated on her account.
