Please check the signal (2G,3G & 4G) status in your area to see if there are any known local issues, such as mast damage or routine maintenance being carried out.

Please note he status checker is updated hourly, so recent faults may not yet show up – so check back after a while, just in case. Please enter your post by following this link : www.bit.ly/ggservicestatus

If signal looks all good you can attempt a manual roam to refresh your connection. http://is.gd/manualroam

And turn your device off and on again to see if that helps as this forces the device to refresh the network signal.

In regards to iPhone 6s Unfortunately we simply don’t know as giffgaff members like yourself on the community we are never alerted on when phones are back in stock. All you can do is keep checking the giffgaff site on a regular basis to see if the iphone 6s rose gold is back in stock. You can access the phone page by following this link http://giffgaff.com/phones

IPhone 5 is 3g only. It will not give 4g service. Your goody bag is 4g but in your phone it will give service up to 3g .
Try this to improve things
IOS NETWORK RESET.
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
Go to:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings (and then confirm this again), This will reboot your handset. Now you will be connected.

PHONE RESET.

.Check your phone settings:
http://giff.ly/iphonesettings
Check your Do Not Disturb settings: Tap Settings > Do Not Disturb.
Check for any blocked phone numbers: Tap Settings > Phone > Blocked.
See if Call Forwarding is turned on: Tap Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding.
Ensure that your software is up to date:
Check for a carrier settings update.
Check for an iOS software update.
Note: Some updates may require a Wi-Fi connection and a battery charger.
Clean and reseat the SIM card.

PHONE RESET PROCESS.
To perform the reset.
1. Open iTunes
2. Connect your USB cable to the computer, NOT to your device yet.
3. Power Off your device, and be sure that it is Off.
4. Press the home and hold it.
5. Connect the USB cable to your phone. You will see a iTunes logo on your device, you can release the home button.
6. Do a recovery via iTunes. iTunes will now recover the phone.

If it doesn't work the first time, try again.

Try to make or receive calls in another location.
Attempt to isolate to one network band:
If you're having the issue on LTE, disable LTE, if possible, and try again.
If you're having the issue on 3G/4G, disable 3G/4G, if possible, and try again.

You are currently in the 'peak' bandwith time, wait till after 12.30 and do a speed test, if its anything like my sim then you will jump from below 1Mbps to over 40Mbps

Me, 0.5mbps at home and 1.05mbps at work. Simply not good enough for 4g. Get these speeds constantly.

Most areas now have good 4G were I live I always pick up 4G but with that said around work its very poor but due to new updates it's been faster the past few weeks there always putting 4G in new places give it time and I'm shore it will start to run better in your area.
