Hi there, I only topped up yesterday, for the second time ever on giffgaff, using a voucher. I topped up £10 and as I already had free giffgaff to giffgaff calls and texts I decided not to buy a goody bag. I have been using my airtime balance for texts and calls to other networks and for internet purposes. Since this morning I have sent two texts and made about 3 calls to numbers which are not giffgaff, and in the morning my balance was £9.44 however now it is 65p! I am very upset with this as there is no way I could have used so much credit, and this is not making ANY sense to me. I have been using the internet on and off all day however the charge for this is only 20p/day so I cannot understand how my money has gone, and would like to know what to do/how to get it back? Any ideas? Smiley Happy

maybe because you used the internet for browsing videos or exceeded the 20mb limit.

if not please ask the agents for the solution.

Its 20p a day for the first 20mb. After that, its 20p per mb.

Looks like you have used quite a bit of data today, and on payg the cost can mount up!

internet charges:

Mobile Internet within the UK is charged at 20p a day. If you use less than 1MB/day you'll pay less than 20p and if you go over 20MB you'll be charged extra at 20p/MB.
You need 15p minimum credit (unless you have a data inclusive goodybag) to enable you to access the internet.

I would suggest buying a goodybag with unlimited internet from now on!

It's not 20p/day for internet it's 20p for the first 20MB and 20p for each 1MB above that so it looks you've used around 50MB of data in one day.
