Contact your bank close your account and star a new account up, it's free and done the same day, then you can start a new account with giffgaff and then claim your money back, without the hassle

I do not wish to create a new account with giffgaff after this disgrace. My rights have been taken advantage of. I have lost my number and my data protection has been compromised.

This account was merely created to find out why my old gg was taken from me and given to someone else

How can customers be treated this way.
