I can't get my phone number on my account and it's asking me to register my sim wich I've already done as I'm trying to get parental control off

As you have just activated then this takes a little while and can be upto 24 hours to complete however it can be sooner, so please wait a little longer and you will soon be up and running….please do insert the sim into your phone and restart your phone every hour or so… don’t worry this is the normal procedure. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

 

You'll then see the "Congratulations. You made it!" screen to confirm it. You'll then be invited to use the Setup Wizard. This last step is very important as it is used to make sure your phone settings are correct, so you'll be able to use Internet and MMS.

 The adult content block can only be removed by way of a driving licence or a passport.... there is no other way to do it i’m afraid......check out this video to see if it helps:

if you're using your phone to check your account, try rebooting the phone then logging back in again to check your status.

Can you see your usual number or is it a different one........ if its a different one then you are logged into the wrong account.

 

To find a number text the word NUMBER TO 43430

To find a membername text the word MEMBERNAME to 43430

if you forgot the password for that account then reset it by going here......

This does work as i just checked it for you, 

you may have to wait 2 minutes 

for the text to come back....

 

Then log into the account membername in the return text.
