In 2017 I purchased a phone with GiffGaff. I have gone to Top Up and it says the SIM needs to be activated but has previously been working fine. Please can somebody help me with this issue. We have a voucher ready to top up the account.
I have entered the 13 digit code from the SIM card and it doesn't work.
Have you used the SIM within the last 6 months for an outgoing call or text, or a mobile data connection?
