the only sim you can use is the replacement if you reported it lost @blackbeutt
if its been a long time since activating and its still not working contact an agent here.
I activated the Sim and it said it’s already activated but I can’t use my phone for calls or texts. Also, the new sim that came with the phone had a goody bag on it but doesn’t reflect in my account, only the remaining credit and goody bag from my previous sim.
I can access my account and see how much credit and data I have but I can’t make/receive calls and texts.
