Activation failing - SIM activation code is not valid

Yes I'm aware of the problems at http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Blog/Recent-Problems-with-giffgaff-s-service/ba-p/2132801 but I keep getting a "SIM activation code is not valid" error when trying to activate SIMs. I've tried with five different ones so far but no luck!

 

Worst of all, it doesn't even give a correct error message...

Different brouser? Restart your router!

what the heck has router got to do with any of this? Please stop posting stupid solutions. Itsa problem at giffgaffs end so theres nothing you can do except contact an agent.

maybe to do with the problems that GG are suffering with at the moment...best keep trying i know not conviniant but worth it....

1. Obviously not a router issue. Please don't waste my time with crap like that.

2. If entering the number on the back works WHY THE HELL is the page not updated to give that information isntead of saying incorrect info like the code is not valid??!! GG must be losing 100s of new members each day because of this...

Clearing your cache and trying a different browser are certainly valid solutions that sometimes work especially when getting repeated errors. 

 

Check the number you're putting in. 5 and S can look the same as can 1 and i.
