Remember if you have just activated your sim or added a goodybag in normal circumstances the top-up or activation is applied within minutes.
But it can take upto 30mins to 24hrs.. to show on your account

Some £10 goodybags this morning have been applied with incorrect levels of data allowance and minutes.
Some accounts are showing "Balance N/A" and others are showing pending, processing or updating.
Some members are unable to buy goodybags.
These issues are related and we are looking into them. If you are affected please do not contact an agent.

There have been problems related to the tooping up, credit and goodybag services today. There is no ETA at this current time but we believe that they are making good progress in fixing the issue. Unfortunately, giffgaff cannot reply to everyone individually who reports a problem through the agents so they advise you check this thread for the latest updates and ETA’s:

Hi sorry to hear this but Unfortunately Giff Gaff are having few issues at the moment..with Delayed goodybags,
top ups and activations so give it a few hour and try again.
