Active working sim is now not active

This is a joke got a new sim yesterday put 25 quid on it !!!!

now can’t do anything and saying some is not active !!!!! 

Oh I bought 2 sims for 2 different phones and there both doing the same ????? 

I need this sorting now

Hi @chalkyking sorry but bulk/automated texts are not allowed so your services will have been suspended temporarily. To get them reactivated you should contact the agents for help by submitting this form https://giffgaff.com/auth/login?redirect=https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Calls-texts-and-data/...

 

Agents reply within 4 hours in the majority of cases but can take up to 24 hours, in the worst case, to reply (but they do work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm). You will see when an agent has replied in the "Messages: From Agents" box which is half way down the right hand side of your "My Giffgaff" page or go here https://giffgaff.com/support/questions

make sure you actually bought a goodybag and not just a credit top up.check my orders https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details

if just credit it wouldn`t last long if using data

I’ve got it I have been using it but now it’s not working
On both phones ????
Same thing full bars but no 3G ect
And I got a 25 quid goody bag !!!!

What is the exact wording of the "Not active" message, and where do you see it? 

 

and you set each SIM card up on a separate account? 

 

Can you see the mobile numbers and goodybags on both accounts, or is this information missing? 

 

Have you sent any group or bulk text messages since activating the SIM cards?

I can call 443
I did send a bulk message out to my contacts to let them know my new number
Sims where set up
On 2 different accounts and my mrs only sent 5 texts to let ppl know
When I go on the giffgaff app it says no uh looks like you don’t have a active sim
It won’t let me look at nothing
But when I go online it lets me log in and it shows I bought a 25 quid goody bag

Also when I have just looked online it won’t let me look at profile and settings !!!!
What a crap crap network
There is not anyone you can call either

I have just had a look at the wife’s phone and hers is actually ok it’s mine that’s not working and I did send a bulk text to let people know my number has changed but it was after the 25 quid top up I put on ????

i just need my phone working
