Hello....I supplied my passport and I receive a message that says it it  been confirmed Im over 18.... Still cannot see adult content..really no sense that Im an adult and I need to go to this process...kind regards

Hi @vicruizgar Have you rebooted your phone since as you are supposed to do that once the bar is lifted. 

 

If you’ve rebooted and it's been over 24hrs since you submitted the form then get the agents to investigate using
 
 
Also please note agents can't remove the bar, they can only reset the process in case it is stuck in the system. 
 
They will get back to you within 24hrs.

There is a processing time for this

 

It can take up to 24 hours for the bar to be lifted, but it normally processes within minutes except for BlackBerry users which can take longer. Once the change has been processed, the message will change from 'OFF' to 'ON' and you should also receive a text confirming the process has completed.

Note: You will need to switch your phone OFF/ON again and the bar will have been lifted.

 

If, after 24 hours the block has. It been lifted, contact the agent for assistance
