All my minutes keep disappearing and I don't know why, I'd like to see my call history

I bought a goody bag and 10£ credit only a couple of weeks ago, there's absolutely no way I could have used it all, even though I understand one minute will be taken even if I just get through to someone's voicemail. Still doesn't explain it!!

Did you top up with airtime credit or did you buy the goodybag directl? if you topped up with airtime credit for example using a voucher then a goodybag is not applied automatically. If your sure you bought a goodybag please check your payment history and dashboard pages

giffgaff don't issue itemised billing for free. If you really want one then they will charge you £10 for the service.

 

But you could ask an agent if they could give you some idea of where the money has gone.

What message is shown on your phone when you dial *100*7#?

Are you calling UK numbers?

It was 250 minutes, plus £10 airtime! All UK numbers.
