'Ask an Agent' is broken

You can call 43430 and press option 2 to hear your balance, value goodybag remaining minutes and data and expiry of your goodybag

You can switch off balance alerts in your profile details page

Untick the small box and click save,

Did you try the steps I suggested in the other thread you posted on?
Switch off facetime
Switch off imessage

And reset network settings
(be aware this will erase your saved wifi passwords, it won't erase or affect anything else)

Go to
Settings
General
Reset
And click reset network settings
The phone will switch off and restart automatically in a few minutes

Once the phone restarts
Switch on imessage
Switch on facetime

That should resolve the wrong number showing on outgoing calls and texts,
It won't fix the incoming calls problem though,

Have you contacted an agent to report that?

The most important issue is reporting the incomplete transfer, very occasionally it'll be resolved of its own accord within a few days
But that's not likely, so do message an agent as soon as you can

tried using a temporary account and submitted a request for help doing everything you said... 12hrs later and I've not heard anything, nothing's changed!

I too have had some problems.  On certain browsers, it shows "loading" but never loads.
