'Ask an Agent' is broken

help! everytime I attempt to ask an agent I get redirected to the homepage?!

Clear you browser cache and delete all cookies

Hi could you post details of the reason you're contacting an agent?

Are you redirected to Http://giffgaff.com 

(with  a lady with a swimming cap) 

Or

Some customers are experiencing an account specific glitch where they're redirected to Http://giffgaff.com

You need to ask the agent about your particular query (and to report the glitch) using another account

Explain that you can't access any agent links, as there's a glitch on your active account that redirects to Http://giffgaff.com 

Give the agent.. 
Your active username 
Number 
Sim serial number 
Name and address on the account 
Last 4 digits of a debit card last used 
Date value and method of your last top up or goodybag purchase 
(you can find that info in order history of your active account Http://giffgaff.com/account) 

Then go on to explain the reason you're contacting the agent

Has to be your device or browser.

 

Just checked from my phone (Chrome) and two laptops (Firefox and IE11) - absolutely no problem.
