Auto recurring goodybag

My goodybag is supposed to recur on the 29th of each month.  It hasn't happened this month and whilst when I log in it has the status as "we are updating your goodybag" I've now had to top up in order to use my phone until it's put on.  I also received a text message informing me I haven't replaced my goodybag.


I wouldn't buy a recurring package if I wanted to buy credit also. Can you sort it out please?

Is your recur switched on here

Is your card within a month of its expirey date ?

You could manually buy a goodybag and if the recurring bag activates in the meantime it will queue behind your current one & you could claim a refund for it or use it next month

What goodybag was due to recur? Was it a £15 or £20 one?

I was just wondering if the recurring goodybag problem is for all types of goodybag or just related to the £15 & £20 ones that are due to change in their minutes allowance next week.
