  • Hi   , wondering if anyone can help ? I've had £20 auto top added to my account, although auto top is switched off and I haven't physically topped it up either, anyone know how this could occur ? Thanks , Sian

You will need to contact the agents about that as only they are authorised to deal with account overpayments or discrepancies .  If a mistake has been made you'll be fully refunded  


Click on your order history from here to confirm all your transaction details

Then contact an agent by filling out this form

When don't have auto top up on then should not auto top up credit to account when credit fulls below £3.

To turn on/off auto top up and or recurring bag >>


Contact giffgaff on this when don't have auto top up on or a recurring bag on and credit been added auto to a account or a bag been added auto when current bag expired but don't have the auto feature on to any of the auto add  features.

•You will have to contact a agent as they are the only ones who can issue a refund try here
