CAME TO ENGLAND FOR 5 DAYS HAD A REALY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH GIFFGAFF.SPENT 20 POUNDS.I COULD ONLY PHONE TO 1 NUMBER IN ITALY. GIFF GAFF NEVER AGAIN.

Sorry you're not happy with giffgaff. Maybe you could contact a agent to try and recover you're lost money.

Did you buy a goodybag,or are you using PAYG rates?

Hi @tonig64 did you purchase a goodybag with the credit as that would take credit from balance also if you only used credit calls would cost 15p per min to make 5p per text sent an 5p per mega byte data usage an if data was left on background apps updating can eat credit up

Sorry for the issues you have been having, but did you dial the other number international numbers correctly including the country code? Please go to the below website to see charges for EU countries.

I would use a calling card like talk home or any other brand which you can buy from the local corner shop. This is cheaper to use and some cards have 0800 number.

Or you can use wats app to call your friend which is cheaper but will cost you internet or data.

Now i will cut the sim and throw it away, even if there are still 7 pounds.
