Hi

22/04/19 I already top up my good bag, but today you send the massage for me said that my account balance has dropped to 0.00. And my internet is doesn’t  work,what append? It’s really strange!  What can I do for now? 

Why my account dropped to 0.00? I didn’t use any internet only 3 days !!

Are you sure you bought a goodybag  or you may of just used your credit.

How did you topup.

My order told me I was bought £15 top up.

Paid with cried card, order placed Apr. 21, 2019 11:47 PM. And I can’t see money in my balance also goodbag. What can I do for now?

@shang66 Hi Shang, I think you are confusing goodybag allowance and airtime credit.

With giffgaff you have to purchase your goodybag it is not automatically done by adding credit to your account.

Goodybag allowances last a calendar month from purchase so if you did purchase a goodybag dial 43430 and select option 2 and listen to the recording and if you have a goodybag you will hear the amount of allowance remaining and the expiry date.

 

For the future if you want to purchase your goodybag using a voucher (or from credit) use the phone line by again dialling 43430 and selecting option 2 and then follow the instructions for the goodybag you want

 

If you are using a bank /credit card or PayPal you have to do it online using this link

After a new goodybag is purchased you will receive a message confirming it from giffgaff and you can keep up with the amount of your goodybag allowance is remaining by going to your dashboard page online using this link

It is worth noting that you can not purchase a goodybag every night between 9pm or 10pm online until midnight (some nights later) because the giffgaff goodybag system is busy recurring the days new goodybags

So, the mean is I was bought  airtime credit not goodbag? 
And now I need to buy goodbag, right?
But I have a question how can I use the airtime credit?

@shang66  call 43430 option 2 and follow the menu guide.

Actually I already called 43430, and they said I don't have any goodbag or airtime creidt.
and when I check My order history on the website, I already paid with visa at 21/04/2019. 
And today is 25/04/2019  I can't see anything  on my payments... I want to know where the money is paid? Thank you
