So zero balance when you dial *100# ?
Do you believe you haven't used that credit on payandgo rates?
Have you queried that with an agent?

I just have charged it yesterday and I have no service so it's no way I have used it, I tried to get help from an agent and he said that he saw my recuring bag didn't went though on Sunday night and he said as well he saw the £20 had being charged from my bank card though he sent me a link to fix the situation but it didn't worked
