Hi  my old card expired so I have put in my new details change them successfully but the app is still telling me my card has expired and to update my card what do i do next please

Try removing the app and reinstalling it.

welcome have you used your old sim card at all in the last 6 months ? because if you haven't the sim and account will be deactivated and cannot be reactivated.

This sounds like a cache issue on your browser  Go to the top right hand corner of your browser and find settings On chrome it's settings /tools /history and clear cache On others see here https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Tips-Guides/Clearing-Browser-Cache/td-p/16487732

Or run ccleaner free 

Now update your card details and log out. Log in again to check they are now secure. If you have missed your payment you will have to turn off recur  manually purchase the goodybag of your choice and then turn recur on again

might be worth doing things via the web browser, rather than the app
